The Women’s Ministry was re-launched after the visit of Speaker Shaneen Clarke (founder of a “Womans Call”) in May 2010 where an event called “ Running with Heels “ was held .
 After this inspirational weekend the challenge of Women meeting together regularly to pray became reality and has since seen a commitment from the Women in the church to meet on a monthly basis for a Power packed prayer hour. This protected time has seen gifting’s evolve and lives changed. Empowering women to recognise their personal worth within the body of Christ.
Prayer Points are sensitivly constructed to give corporate vision and direction for those attending and these are disseminated to the church for those were unable to attend so they too can pray for those points for the month ahead. This has been an effective way of uniting the women together to give maximum impact to topics which affect our lives on a daily basis, such as Praying for our children, seeking direction from God asking for wisdom in how to help our kids deal with challenges that face them on a daily basis.
The meetings usually take place on the second Saturday of each month at 10am
